Saturday Slow Day

Departure

Not a whole going on today. The only work related thing is guests departing from one of our villas. Picked up a couple of ice cream treats from that. They really didn’t leave much else. We don’t have any guests scheduled to be in that villa for another two weeks though.

Minecraft

Otherwise, the rest of the day has been spent slacking and relaxing. Mostly playing some Minecraft, still tearing down the temple. Only a few more levels to go though. Once that’s done I get to work on the really hard part. Almost done now, had to go through a second round of repairing my pick. Just one more level of blocks to remove. Too bad my Switch’s battery needs charging.

I’m wondering what the best experience farm would be on the Switch. The skeleton grinder works fine, but it’s slow like the zombie farm. Maybe I should try an ender ender? Last time I made one of those (on PC) the rates weren’t all that good. Spawning mechanics on the switch are completely different from PC too, so I don’t know how well an ender ender would work.

I also need to see if I can get myself on top of the nether. See if you can still remove bedrock with dark oak trees. Maybe a zombie pigman farm would be another good way to get experience. From what I’ve seen of them on PC they work amazingly.

Today’s featured image is a little different. There’s just something about the way the vines grow across the boulder that caught my eye.
